Brian has held sales, marketing and leadership roles in the aesthetic medical business for more than 23 years. In the course of working with hundreds of medical practices, he observed the increasing business challenges doctors are facing. In his corporate role, Brian created innovative programs, tools, and dedicated teams to provide business support to medical practices. In 2017, Brian founded Orion Strategic Consultants.
Business experience: Brian has an extensive track record of success, having worked for market-leading corporations, launched multiple startups, built and led high-performance teams, and generated hundreds of millions of dollars in sales.
Leadership: Brian has led teams ranging from five to seventy people, including diverse groups comprised of sales, marketing, clinical, administrative and technical professionals. He is particularly proud of his success in developing and mentoring other leaders.
Change leader: Regularly brought in to turn around underperforming teams or build new business units, Brian has significant experience in leading change within organizations.
Entrepreneur: Brian understands the challenges facing small business owners, having launched three startups and founding two companies of his own. He knows how to grow a business with limited resources.
